I work with people going through emotional distress, anxiety, depression or those who just want to work through how they feel about life.
My experience includes working with those experiencing bereavement as well as complicated and traumatic bereavement and loss.
I also work with those going through infertility and assisted reproduction where I support couples, men and women in making sense of their fertility situation and the family choices this presents to them. My grounding in this is through my work as a facilitator for the Donor Conception Network (DCN), a charity that supports families, couples and individuals with the challenges of infertility and donor conception.
I also work with people experiencing addiction, feelings of anxiety and depression.
My background also includes working at Mind in Camden, CASA Islington Alcohol Addiction Service and the Camden City Islington & Westminster Bereavement Service (CCIWBS). I am an existential psychotherapist and trained at Regent’s University London.
