I work with people going through emotional distress, anxiety, depression or those who just want to work through how they feel about life.

I also work with people experiencing addiction, feelings of anxiety and depression, those struggling with bereavement as well as fertility issues.

My background includes working at Mind in Camden, CASA Islington Alcohol Addiction Service and the Camden City Islington & Westminster Bereavement Service (CCIWBS). I am an existential psychotherapist and trained at Regent’s University London.

I also work as a facilitator for the Donor Conception Network (DCN), a charity that supports families, couples and individuals with the challenges of infertility and donor conception.

"In the depths of winter, I finally learned that within me there lay an invincible summer."  Albert Camus
